Google Talk out of service

If you are a user platform Google's famous for Google Talk "Talk" you certainly noticed today that the service is no longer fully operational, Google "Talk" out of service for a significant number of users who are loyal to the conversation and it's not about a specific region is limited by, but extends to all parts of the world. Already users can not send or receive any message whatever the show and all their friends that they do not exist as well.
